We are Anthony and Cornelian Swain, founders of Forward Blessings Incorporated. We met in college at Florida A&M University, where Connie advocated for student athletes, highlighting inequalities black students and women student athletes faced. Tony was a supervisor in the dining hall, and he would help needy students eat everyday he was there.

They married in 1973 and have been happily married for 53 years and counting!

Connie’s advocacy for others never stopped and during her career as an educator, she has inspired many and established herself as a pillar within the community. She believes missionary work is a family affair and supporting her husband’s endeavors gave fruit to Forward Blessings Incorporated. 

Early in his career, Tony used his paychecks to support children involved in Northside Optimist Programs, where he was elected to serve as president for four years. And over his tenure at the FL East Coast railway, they sacrificed time and finances to support communities through the street ministry and foreign mission, meeting the physical needs of families and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ which is the first greatest mission.

After 25 years of faithful service to God and global communities, we are moving forward, and we need you!

Our mission is to invest in the future. We can accomplish this by investing in children, meeting their needs and providing support to parents and spreading the word of Jesus Christ our Savior.
